Serviced residences for the elderly "Cocofun Series" open two new locations

Gakken Cocofun Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa, Tokyo; President and COO: Takeshi Mori), a group company of Gakken Holdings Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroaki Miyahara) which operates elderly support services, newly opened the serviced residences for the elderly "Cocofun Sapporo Dome Mae" (Sapporo City, Hokkaido) and "Cocofun Otaru Ekimae" (Otaru City, Hokkaido) on July 1, 2026.

Our company develops elderly residences and facilities nationwide, primarily serviced residences for the elderly.

With the opening of these two locations in Hokkaido, the total number of facilities in the prefecture is now 13.

The total number of operating locations nationwide is 240, with 12,685 rooms.

Our company began operating elderly residences with a low environmental impact in August 2022, and with the addition of these two newly opened locations, the cumulative number of buildings meeting ZEB Ready standards* has reached 11.
