■ Development of Industrial Human Resource Development Business in the Global South
As one of its key strategies in its medium-term management plan, our group is expanding its services to the Global South. Based on this group strategy, Gakken Turkey is developing an industrial human resource development business in the Global South. In response to the rapidly increasing demand for industrial human resource development in the Global South region, where developed countries are aiming to strengthen their relationships, we provide recurrent education in manufacturing, an area where Japan has strengths.
Furthermore, by providing Japanese language education and content that conveys Japanese culture to these individuals, we aim to create industry professionals who are knowledgeable about Japan, and to ensure a stable supply of human resources for Japanese companies that are expected to accelerate their expansion in the Global South region in the future.
MM2100 Industrial Park
■ Demonstration Project for a Manufacturing Human Resource Development Program Targeting Approximately 120,000 People
Gakken Turkey, Marubeni, and PT. MMID recognized the importance of manufacturing human resource development at the MM2100 Industrial Park and began collaborating to develop and provide this program through a strategic partnership. The MM2100 Industrial Park hosts numerous manufacturing companies, making it the largest Japanese industrial park in Indonesia, and there is a growing need for systematic training of next-generation leaders and human resources in manufacturing sites.
This demonstration project aims to target approximately 120,000 local personnel working at the MM2100 Industrial Park. It will provide local staff of tenant companies with assessment tools to visualize their skills and offer training programs. In the future, we aim to establish a sustainable and systematic development foundation for next-generation leaders and on-site personnel throughout the industrial park. By providing manufacturing philosophies and management techniques such as Kaizen, in which Japan excels, and data-driven human resource development methods tailored to the local context, we aim to improve the organizational capabilities of tenant companies and contribute to regional industrial development.
