Announcement of 'Parent-Child Money Class: Shichishika ACADEMY'

Asunaro Gakuin, a comprehensive cram school in Miyagi Prefecture operated by Gakken Study et Co., Ltd., a group company of Gakken Holdings Co., Ltd., will hold a collaborative event with 77 Bank on July 18, 2026, titled 'Parent-Child Money Class: Shichishika ACADEMY - Learn About Exchange Rates and Jump into the World!' The financial literacy test score of Miyagi Prefecture residents ranked 40th out of 47 prefectures in a national survey. Therefore, 77 Bank and Asunaro Gakuin have teamed up to hold a financial education event that even children can understand. By exposing children to financial education and acquiring useful knowledge for the future, they aim to contribute to improving financial literacy across the region. At the event, parents and children will learn about finance in a fun way through activities such as a World Heritage quiz and games to learn about exchange rate mechanisms. Enrollment is limited to the first 20 pairs, and participation is free. With the mandatory inclusion of financial education in schools, we believe that learning about money, regardless of whether one invests or not, leads to expanding children's dreams and goals.
