Gakuberu Event "Exciting Mobile Aquarium" Held

(Shinagawa, Tokyo / Representative Director and President: Hiroaki Miyahara), held the Gakuberu event "Exciting Mobile Aquarium" on March 31, 2026, at the Inclusive Hiroba Bell, Oharadai Child Development Support Center, Shinagawa Ward, which it manages and operates. ■ Event Overview Inclusive Hiroba Bell plans and hosts experiential events with the aim of providing a safe and enjoyable place for all children and their families, regardless of medical care needs or disabilities. This initiative is called "Gakuberu Event" (hereinafter referred to as "the Event"). The first installment of this event, "Exciting Mobile Aquarium," was held in cooperation with Aqua Link Co., Ltd. (https://aquacaravan.com/). The program offered activities that children could enjoy at their own pace, watching, touching, and feeling, such as tank displays, a touch pool where they could actually touch living creatures, and sensory play. ① Small Aquarium Observe fish swimming up close in two tanks ② Touch Pool An experiential corner where visitors can actually touch sharks, starfish, sea cucumbers, pufferfish, etc. ③ Sparkling Jellyfish Tower A display that allows enjoyment of light and movement, utilizing Snoezelen equipment ④ Let's complete the Rainbow Fish Wall art creation where visitors participate in completing it ⑤ Sand! Sand! Sand! Sand play corner for enjoying tactile sensations ⑥ Exciting! Ocean Picture Book & Coloring Land A space to enjoy ocean-themed picture books and coloring pages ⑦ Fish World Game A corner to familiarize children with marine life while playing a fishing game *Snoezelen: Activities that provide comfortable stimulation such as light and sound, for relaxation and sensory experiences. ■ Day's様子 (Day's Atmosphere) The number of visitors exceeded expectations, with 111 adults, 118 children, totaling 229 people from 93 groups. Although there were times when the venue was bustling, during the priority time for children requiring medical care, visitors temporarily yielded space from areas like the touch pool, and shared the space naturally. Many positive comments were received from participants, such as "It was a valuable experience" and "It was a lot of fun." ■ Future Developments This event provided an opportunity for 46 groups to use the facility for the first time, helping many people learn about Inclusive Hiroba Bell. Moving forward, we plan to continue holding events that children can enjoy with peace of mind, regardless of medical care needs or disabilities, by refining the content based on the feedback received this time.
