Omne is widely used by our customers as an app that allows them to complete various insurance policy changes and medical insurance claim procedures via smartphone.

This milestone of 400,000 registrations marks a significant turning point, demonstrating the expansion of our customer touchpoints through digital channels.

Under our brand vision of "Revolutionizing how people feel about and perceive insurance," FWD Life aims to provide experiences that support customers' daily lives and foster a more positive outlook, embodying our brand slogan "Celebrate living."

With this philosophy in mind, Omne will evolve from an "app for procedures" to a "service that supports daily life." As a first step, starting July 2026, we will offer "Omne de HELPO," which seamlessly integrates the healthcare service "HELPO" operated by Healthcare Technologies Inc. (hereinafter "Healthcare Technologies"), a service provided as an ancillary service since August 2025.

This will allow customers to access services related to their daily health and well-being, in addition to insurance procedures, all within a single app. These services include:

Health consultations with medical professionals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (addressing everyday concerns such as mild physical discomfort)

Online medical consultations that can be accessed from home, with prescription delivery to your home

(e.g., enabling consultations for hay fever without leaving home, and reducing the burden of hospital visits for those with young children)

FWD Life will provide a new customer experience that extends beyond "insurance to prepare for the unexpected" to encompass "daily health and well-being."

Furthermore, we are continuously working on improvements based on customer feedback. In July 2026, we plan to release a new feature that allows users to check the progress of their claim status (this will also be available for claims processed outside of Omne).

This will visualize the claim status and further enhance convenience.

FWD Life will continue to evolve its value proposition by enhancing customer experiences through digital innovation, supporting customers throughout their lives.

Omne Registrations Surpass 400,000

Omne is an app that allows customers to confirm insurance policy details, make various changes such as address or credit card updates, and complete medical insurance claim procedures 24 hours a day via smartphone. It is widely used by many customers.

Since the release of its insurance functions in October 2023, Omne surpassed 400,000 registrations in just 2 years and 8 months, marking a significant achievement symbolizing the expansion of our digital customer touchpoints.

Release of Omne de HELPO

"Omne de HELPO" is a healthcare service that offers a chat function for consultations with medical professionals 24/7 and an online medical consultation function that can be accessed from home. By providing seamless access to healthcare services from Omne, it realizes a new customer experience that goes beyond a traditional "app for insurance procedures" to support "daily health and well-being."

*This service provides certain functions of the healthcare app "HELPO" offered by Healthcare Technologies as an ancillary service of FWD Life. It is not a guarantee provided by insurance contracts. For details, please check the FWD Life website.

Release of Claim Status Tracking Feature

Omne allows users to submit medical insurance claims 24 hours a day. Approximately 80% of customers receive their benefits on the next business day*1 after filing a claim, and we have received positive feedback such as "The benefits were paid promptly" and "I was surprised by how fast the process was from claim to payment." The satisfaction score is approximately 1.7 times higher*2 compared to paper-based claim procedures.

However, we have also received feedback from customers such as:

Feeling anxious due to not knowing the progress of the procedure

Unable to confirm the intermediate status of the review

Based on these challenges, we will release the "Claim Status Tracking Feature" in July 2026.

With this feature, customers will be able to check the status of document arrival, review progress, and payment amounts on Omne at any time. Furthermore, claims made via phone or paper will also be centrally viewable through Omne. We will continue to promote continuous feature improvements and development based on customer feedback, striving to provide more convenient and secure services. *1 Depending on the claim details and any deficiencies, it may take longer than the next business day.
