(Headquarters: Omiya-ku, Saitama City; President: Daisuke Sakai; hereinafter "U Project"). This investment was executed through the Saitama Shibusawa MIX Innovation Creation Support Investment Limited Partnership (hereinafter "Saitama Shibusawa MIX Innovation Creation Support Fund"), which was established in collaboration with Saitama Prefecture, the Japan Finance Corporation, and local financial institutions in Saitama Prefecture.

U Project operates a hometown tax donation support business that provides end-to-end services including customer attraction, return gift development, and administrative agency services. Their vision is to "improve regional vitality and build a sustainable local society by forming a self-sustaining business foundation that does not rely on subsidies, grants, or municipal budgets." Their primary feature is the introduction of an "on-site payment" tax donation system for visitors, such as tourists, those returning home, or business travelers. This reduces the burden of portal site fees and shipping costs for municipalities, allowing for greater tax revenue. Their return gifts also leverage local characteristics, such as rights to participate in local events or shopping vouchers. They will continue to contribute to building sustainable local communities through their hometown tax donation support business.
