Future Link Network Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Funabashi, Chiba; Representative Director: Takeharu Ishii; hereinafter "FLN"), a company promoting the creation of "related populations" (people who have a connection to a region beyond just living there), is launching a project in collaboration with Thanks Home Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Thanks Home"), a housing company in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. The project aims to create related populations by establishing touchpoints between regional companies and talent, including young people from outside the region.

In this project, we will create an entry point for people to experience the appeal and the realities of regional companies through online initiatives designed to promote corporate understanding and facilitate interaction.

First, on Friday, March 13, 2026, we held the "Regional Work 'Honest' Salon (Thanks Home Session)" in partnership with Thanks Home.

Following this, on Tuesday, March 24, Thanks Home participated as a guest speaker in an online program for students of the Kadokawa Dwango Gakuen N High School, S High School, and R High School (hereinafter "N High School Group").

1. Background While regional companies face challenges in securing talent and fostering the next generation, opportunities for young people outside these regions to encounter the realities of local work and corporate life are often limited.

FLN designs touchpoints between regions and external talent from a planning and operational perspective, promoting initiatives that lead to the creation of related populations.

In this project, we will deliver the realities and values of regional companies as "life-sized information," creating an entry point that connects the region with those outside of it.

2. Project Details FLN and Thanks Home will design opportunities for regional companies and external talent to meet and deepen their mutual understanding through various touchpoint menus, including educational interactions.

Specifically, we will provide opportunities for participants to engage with corporate philosophies and on-site challenges, starting with the "Regional Work 'Honest' Salon," an online program that conveys the realities of people working in the region in their own words.

As part of this initiative, FLN also supported Thanks Home's guest appearance in an online program for N High School Group students, serving as a follow-up to the connections made during the Honest Salon.

3. Expected Effects For regional companies, this initiative is expected to promote corporate understanding and build future relationships through the formation of touchpoints with the younger generation.

For participants, it serves as material for their own learning and career path selection by allowing them to encounter the realities of regional companies and the background behind their decision-making.

FLN will promote the creation of related populations by designing opportunities to engage with the on-site challenges of regional companies and broadening the entry points for interaction between the region and external talent.

4. Future Outlook This project will first design and implement touchpoint opportunities in stages, advancing initiatives that deepen mutual understanding between regional companies and external talent.

Moving forward, we plan to increase the number of participating educational institutions and expand the number of participating companies and touchpoint menus, developing this into a continuous mechanism that connects education with the region.

▽ About the 8th "Regional Work 'Honest' Salon"

The "Regional Work 'Honest' Salon" is an online program that conveys the realities of people and companies working in regions in their own words. Aiming to resolve anxieties such as "lack of information" or "not being able to hear the truth" that often arise when considering relocation or changing jobs, the program focuses on the "people" and "work" of a region to create opportunities for encounters and engagement.

The 8th session featured Thanks Home, a housing company with a 30-year history in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture, under the theme "Becoming a Company That Supports Daily Life: The Future of Housing Companies and the Region."

President Daido spoke about the direction the company is aiming for as it enters its second founding period and its outlook as a regional enterprise.
