Future Architect Begins "Loan Business Reform Project" with Juroku Bank

(Head Office: Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture; President and CEO: Kyohei Tanemura; hereinafter referred to as Juroku Bank) as part of their "Loan Business Reform Project."

Amidst significant changes in the business environment and a shift towards a "world with interest rates," regional financial institutions are facing an urgent need to strengthen their competitiveness against other banks, improve customer services, and implement fundamental business reforms (BPR) to achieve these goals. 1. BPR and Advancement through Integrated Loan Operations

By processing the entire loan business, from application, screening, and loan registration to contract execution, disbursement, collateral document management, and collection, in an integrated manner, significant efficiency gains in administrative work will be achieved. Furthermore, the system's automated navigation function will create an environment where even less experienced employees can proceed with loan operations of high quality without hesitation, thereby moving away from reliance on individual expertise.

2. Paperless Operations and Digitalization of Business

Through collaboration with electronic contract services and other solutions, the project will promote fundamental paperless operations for contract and loan application procedures that have traditionally been paper-based. The structuring and centralized management of data, with an eye towards AI utilization, will support the accumulation of organizational screening expertise.
