After experiencing progressive stomach cancer in her 20s, she realized the impact of mindset and diet on the body, and studied and practiced health methods. Prompted by the Great East Japan Earthquake, she entered the field of agriculture. As the kitchen manager of "Kobuna Farm," she focuses on integrated agriculture and food, providing recipes to local governments for prenatal and postnatal health programs, offering recipes to media, and sharing health practices that harmonize with the local climate and our lives. Resides in Nakagawa Town, Tochigi Prefecture. In her 40s, mother of one.
