EneSolve Holdings, Inc. (President and Representative Director: Misao Nakagawa; hereinafter "EneSolve") has changed its name from Sustainable Battery Holdings, Inc. and officially launched today. As the holding company for Energywith Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Energywith") and The Furukawa Battery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Furukawa Battery"), EneSolve will strive for the further growth of the group and the enhancement of its corporate value. ■ Background In recent years, as the global electrification of automobiles and the use of renewable energy continue to expand, we are also facing natural disasters and geopolitical risks. In light of this rapidly changing business environment, two companies that have been manufacturing lead-acid batteries for over 100 years have taken a step forward as members of the EneSolve Group.
