■ Background

In recent years, as global vehicle electrification and the expansion of renewable energy use progress, we are also facing natural disasters and geopolitical risks. In light of such a rapidly changing business environment, two companies that have been manufacturing lead-acid batteries for over 100 years have taken a step forward as members of the EneSolve Group. EneSolve will maximize the benefits of collaboration between the two companies, strengthening mutual product lineup complementarity, sales channel expansion, and stable supply, while also promoting joint development of next-generation batteries and joint procurement of raw materials, aiming for further growth as a globally competitive energy storage solution provider.

EneSolve, which launched today, will serve as a holding company for Energy With and Furukawa Battery, taking charge of the group's strategic operations from a specialized perspective, with a focus on management strategy and human resource management.

The company name EneSolve combines "energy" and "solve," indicating a strong will to solve various social issues through technology that stores and utilizes energy.

➣ Our Purpose

In conjunction with the company name, we have newly formulated our purpose as: "To create 'solutions' that advance the world through the power of technology that stores and utilizes energy."

➣ Our Logo Mark

The logo combines the letter "E" with a power button, expressing EneSolve's stance of moving society in a positive direction by activating it.

Our group aims to enhance corporate value by providing optimal proposals to meet customer needs and contributing to solving social issues such as reducing environmental impact and effectively utilizing energy.
