Fansense Co., Ltd. is participating in 'April Dream,' a project that makes April 1st a day to share dreams.
This press release features the dream of 'Waikiki Coffee,' operated by Fansense Co., Ltd.

## Project Launched in November 2025
We have been selling many Hawaiian coffee brands for over 10 years.
Based on that experience, we spent about three years developing our own brand, 'Waikiki Coffee,' and began sales in Japan in November 2025.
This was a completely new genre for us, filled with first-time challenges.

Thanks to various support, we had a smooth start. However, we faced many unexpected realities: waiting nearly two months for manufacturing, a decline in freshness and quality due to large-batch production, and varying legal restrictions across different countries.
While each issue might be small, we believed that paying attention to these details was most important. Since the project started, we have spent our days making steady improvements without compromise whenever we noticed even the slightest issue.

## The Decision to Have Our Own Manufacturing Factory
After repeated trial and error, the answer we reached was the 'determination to complete everything in our own factory.'
The reasons were the challenges we felt regarding price and quality in contract manufacturing, and our strong desire to create coffee into which we poured our own souls, rather than something made by someone else.

This was a major corporate decision driven by our desire to chase our dream, rather than just business profit-and-loss calculations.
As a result, whether it's a small order from an individual or a large order from a company, we are now able to deliver freshly roasted coffee within a lead time of one week.

## Small Details Make a Big Difference in Coffee
By aiming for a simple and efficient system, many other things changed as well.
Instead of buying coffee beans in bulk from major manufacturers, we began contracting directly with farms that met the quality we sought.
For example, while it is said that about 700 Kona coffee farms exist on the Big Island of Hawaii, the farm we contract with is one of the most prestigious Kona coffee competition winners...
