Fuller to Host Short-Term Internships for Aspiring Engineers in Niigata

Participants are scheduled to experience development processes similar to actual mobile app and web development. In addition to developing an app that has been released and used by many users, participants can receive reviews from active app engineers working on the front lines.
The Nagaoka Fireworks Festival is one of Japan's three major fireworks festivals, held annually on August 2nd and 3rd in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, and is a very significant event that Niigata boasts. Fuller has been involved in developing the Nagaoka Fireworks Official App with the Nagaoka Fireworks Foundation since 2017.
Beyond just developing the app, Fuller continuously updates it annually, considering what users truly need and what constitutes the best experience for the fireworks festival.

The internship for Kosen students is also open to programming beginners and was first held in 2025 with the hope that the learning experience would provide an opportunity for them to aspire to become engineers. Due to positive feedback from participating students and requests for server-side and front-end development courses in addition to iOS/Android, the content has been further updated for this year's event.
