[To the Press]
Fukushima Hachimangu in Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture (Chief Priest: Yuki Yoshikai) will begin distributing the collaboration goshuin with female artist Ran., which was announced on International Women's Day on March 8, 2026, starting from April 1, 2026, and has simultaneously unveiled the actual visual.
This goshuin was created under the theme "Victory dwells in an unwavering heart," and has garnered attention immediately after its announcement as a work expressing the inner strength of women.
In this second phase, timed with the cherry blossom season, we visualized the worldview of the goshuin through a model shoot featuring an actual miko (shrine maiden). We will broadcast this as a new expression merging shrine culture, contemporary art, and real existence.
Relationship with the First Phase This project is positioned as a follow-up report to the collaboration goshuin announced on International Women's Day. While the first phase broadcasted the concept of "women's inner strength," the second phase expresses that worldview through actual shrine spaces and people.
