## ■ Sakai Seikotsuin's First-Aid Activities
Before the start of the matches, we carefully checked the players' physical condition before and after warm-ups. If there were any concerns, we performed stretches and treatments to adjust their condition, sending them into the game in perfect shape.
Once the matches began, there were many high-intensity games, and many players sustained injuries. Players who were injured visited the first-aid booth with anxiety about whether they could continue playing, but thanks to our swift and accurate response, they were able to return to the game feeling energetic and relieved.
Even after the matches, we provided aftercare for injured players and treatments to prevent fatigue. Additionally, many participating players in this tournament had low muscle flexibility and limited range of motion, so we offered advice on how to build a body that is less prone to injury and stretches that can be done at home.
The presence of a first-aid booth at sports tournaments, staffed by nationally qualified judo therapists and acupuncturists, provides peace of mind for players, coaches, and guardians.
