'FOD SHORT' is a new video streaming service based on the concept of 'Short, but memorable.' It delivers vertical short-form dramas that are approximately one minute per episode. Optimized for smartphone viewing, it allows users to easily enjoy dramas during daily gaps such as commuting or breaks. Users can watch five episodes for free every day, making it easy to follow stories to the end.

## About the Drama
'Yakyū Shōjo Washio' depicts the protagonist, Shiho Washio, who has hidden her love for baseball due to past trauma. The story follows her as she confronts her true feelings and rediscovers her own identity. Shiho Washio is played by Sakura Kawasaki of Nogizaka46.

'Washio-san' is a beloved character originating from a popular segment on the Nippon Broadcasting System program 'Nogizaka46's All Night Nippon.' While retaining the charm of the character known through the radio, the production delivers it as a fresh youth drama unique to video.

Furthermore, Aya Ogawa of Nogizaka46 plays Rin Kanamori, a character who contrasts with Washio. Ryo Nishibori of the comedy duo Machine Guns also appears as Daichi Kurata, the manager of the sports bar where they work part-time.
