'Tenkousei Nano' (Girl From Nowhere) is a school mystery thriller set in the closed space of a school, where the everyday routine is shaken up by 'Nanno' (Arisa Nakajima), a mysterious transfer student who suddenly arrives in class one day. Nanno is highly intelligent, beautiful, and a perfect existence that everyone admires. However, there is no emotion in her smile; she sees through people's weaknesses and true feelings, cornering those around her with her unique presence. Transferring to a different school in each episode, Nanno quietly steps into the lies and secrets people have hidden, thrusting 'choices' upon them in a tension-filled narrative that is a must-see.
As for the original drama, Season 1, broadcast on Thailand's terrestrial TV station 'GMM25' in 2018, was a massive hit and was subsequently distributed globally on Netflix. Season 2, produced in 2021, was also distributed globally by Netflix and recorded explosive hits worldwide. The new season 'Girl From Nowhere: The Reset' is currently being broadcast and distributed on Channel ONE HD 31, the oneD streaming platform, and Netflix from March 2026. In FOD's remake of Season 1, Arisa Nakajima, making her acting debut in this work, takes the lead role. Four representing Asian directors—Yukihiko Tsutsumi, Kazuyoshi Kumakiri, Yoo Yeon-seon, and Miyuki Hatanaka—participate to depict all six episodes in an omnibus format.

In episode 1 'Special Lesson', Ren Yagami, who debuted in the musical 'The Prince of Tennis' in 2006 and has been active in dramas, films, and stage plays, plays Satoshi Mukai, a teacher who gathers tremendous trust from students for his achievements and leadership. In episode 3 'Qualifications of a Queen', Harin, who transitioned from a modeling career to acting and is active based in South Korea and Japan, plays Misaki, a student aiming for the position of 'Queen', a tradition at a prestigious school. Making her first appearance in a Japanese drama, she will show a new charm. In episode 4 'I am Right', Yumi Adachi, who debuted in the entertainment industry at age 2 and has continued to run at the forefront in numerous masterpieces, and who also caused a stir in 'Husband, Won't You Die?', plays Minako Ai, a strict teacher who advocates educational reform and tries to guide students with 'correctness'. In addition, a diverse cast gathers to further enhance the world of 'Tenkousei Nano'.
The Japanese remake 'Tenkousei Nano' draws the global hit drama from a new perspective, gathering four top creators representing Asia and a cast rich in individuality. While inheriting the themes and tension of the original work, it will deliver a new charm as a school mystery thriller depicted with a sensitivity unique to the Japanese version.
