Fuji TV's video streaming service, FOD, has decided to exclusively stream the drama 'Smoke Blue no Ame Nochi Hare', which will begin broadcasting on Yomiuri TV (Kansai) on Monday, April 6, starting at 25:59 on the same day. Subsequently, new episodes will be streamed every Monday at 25:59.

'Smoke Blue no Ame Nochi Hare' is a live-action drama adaptation of the popular BL comic by Kamome Hamada, which has garnered immense support with over 700,000 copies in cumulative circulation and a voice comic that has exceeded 1.4 million views on YouTube. The story follows two men around the age of forty, former colleagues who once competed for the top sales position, as they confront their respective lives again triggered by a reunion after eight years. It is not just about romance, but also aging and death of parents, fulfillment in work, and whether to live with someone or live alone. It portrays life-sized worlds and emotions that become visible precisely because of the passage of age.
