Fujita Kanko Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nobusuke Yamashita) has expanded its membership program, 'THE FUJITA MEMBERS.' Through the commencement of mutual use of membership programs with Washington Hotel Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; President: Futoshi Hasegawa), 43 facilities nationwide have newly joined the program as of April 1, 2026.

This will provide members with more choices to meet diverse needs for business and tourism, as well as greater convenience.

Our company and Washington Hotel Co. jointly hold the trademark for the 'Washington Hotel' brand and have built a cooperative relationship. On February 12, 2026, we concluded a business alliance agreement to build a stronger complementary and cooperative relationship to enhance the corporate value of the 'Washington Hotel' brand and both companies, from the perspective of customer commonality and affinity, regional complementarity between locations, and brand sharing. As part of this alliance, we began mutual use of our 'THE FUJITA MEMBERS' program and Washington Hotel Co.'s 'Washington Net' program on April 1, 2026, to improve customer convenience and expand our customer base.

With the start of this mutual use, 'THE FUJITA MEMBERS' can now book all 'Washington Hotel Plaza' and 'Washington R&B Hotel' locations (a total of 43 facilities) operated by Washington Hotel Co. nationwide as a 'THE FUJITA MEMBERS' member, and can also use point services and member benefits.

In addition, 'Washington Net' members can now book our facilities and earn and use points through the 'Washington Net' official website. Initially, this will start with 18 directly managed facilities.

Both companies will continue discussions on improving convenience through mutual use of shareholder benefit programs, and will also consider collaboration in a wide range of fields, including joint procurement of goods, joint operations, and improving operational efficiency by utilizing digital technology.

We will strive to further improve our services to provide members of both companies with more choices, greater convenience, and a comfortable accommodation experience.
