Through the commencement of mutual membership program usage with Washington Hotel Corporation (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Futoshi Hasegawa, hereinafter 'Washington Hotel Corp.'), 'THE FUJITA MEMBERS,' a membership program operated by Fujita Kanko Inc. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President Executive Officer: Shinsuke Yamashita, hereinafter 'Our Company'), has added 43 new facilities nationwide to the program starting April 1, 2026.

With this, we will provide our members with more choices to meet diverse needs, such as business and tourism, as well as significantly higher convenience.

Our Company and Washington Hotel Corp. jointly own the 'Washington Hotel' brand trademark and have built a strong cooperative relationship over the years. On February 12, 2026, from the perspectives of customer commonality and affinity, regional complementarity between bases, and brand sharing, we concluded a business alliance agreement to build an even stronger complementary and cooperative relationship aimed at enhancing the corporate value of both companies and the 'Washington Hotel' brand. As part of this alliance, with the aim of improving customer convenience and expanding the customer base, we commenced the mutual use of both membership programs, 'THE FUJITA MEMBERS' operated by Our Company and 'Washington Net' operated by Washington Hotel Corp., on April 1, 2026.

With the start of this mutual usage, members of 'THE FUJITA MEMBERS' can now book all 'Washington Hotel Plaza' and 'Washington R&B Hotel' properties (43 facilities in total) operated nationwide by Washington Hotel Corp. as 'THE FUJITA MEMBERS' members, as well as utilize point services and member benefits.
Furthermore, members of 'Washington Net' are now able to book our facilities and earn/use points through the official 'Washington Net' website. At the start, this service is available at 18 directly managed facilities.

Going forward, both companies will proceed with discussions on improving convenience through the mutual use of shareholder benefit programs, while considering collaboration in a wide range of fields, such as joint procurement of goods and services, and operational efficiency through the utilization of digital technology.
We will strive to further improve our services so that members of both companies can be provided with more choices, high convenience, and a comfortable accommodation experience.
