At Hotel Gracery Sapporo (Chuo Ward, Sapporo City, General Manager: Satoshi Haga)'s 1st-floor restaurant "Bon Saluto Cafe," a "Strawberry-Scented Spring Reward Lunch & Sweets Buffet" will be held for a limited time from Tuesday, April 21, 2026, to Wednesday/Holiday, April 29, 2026, where guests can enjoy strawberries with a sweet and sour aroma perfect for spring. Applications will be accepted on the official website from 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 26, 2026.

This buffet, held four times a year with seasonal fruits as the main theme, is a popular event that the hotel is proud of, with some sessions fully booked shortly after reservations open. For the second event in 2026, "strawberries," symbolizing spring, will be the star. We have prepared a lineup that allows guests to fully enjoy the charm of strawberries, which have a sweet aroma, just the right amount of acidity, and a different flavor with each berry.

This time, a "pancake machine" will make its debut, allowing guests to enjoy freshly made, hot pancakes on the spot. Enjoy your pancakes your way, topping them with strawberries, of course, as well as soft-serve ice cream and whipped cream. The ever-popular "free-cut cake" offers an irresistible excitement of being able to cut it into any shape and size you like.

The shining white chocolate fountain pairs perfectly with strawberries. Dip a strawberry, and it becomes an adorable visual you'll want to photograph.
