Sol Poniente, located in a prime spot overlooking Yakeno Beach, selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Sunsets, offers dishes that utilize seasonal ingredients throughout the year. For this month's special menu, we are featuring ingredients at their peak from early to mid-summer, such as "tilefish (hamo)," "Choshu-dori" chicken from Yamaguchi Prefecture, corn grown in the local Hanyu district, and flavorful mussels.

We have created a special lineup for July that maximizes the appeal of these ingredients while blending them with the lightness and vibrancy characteristic of Mediterranean cuisine, ensuring a delightful experience even as the heat intensifies.
