Fujipan Co., Ltd. (Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture) will launch "Junrich" (Moisture Rich), a new series from "Fujipan PREMIUM" focusing on dough, on July 1, 2026 (Wed).
The name and packaging, which combine the slightly luxurious image of "Fujipan PREMIUM" with "moisture," were decided after repeated discussions. It expresses a world where the moisture of the dough satisfies both mind and body. Furthermore, "Junrich" adopts a high hydration dough method with a hydration rate of approximately 90%, which is said to be difficult in factory production, and is characterized by its moist and chewy texture.
With the launch of "Junrich," four new products will be released simultaneously. Please enjoy the new texture.

July New Products "Moisture Sandwich" and "Moisture Focaccia"
On July 1, 2026 (Wed), "Moisture Sandwich" and "Moisture Focaccia" will be released.
"Moisture Sandwich" consists of two products: "Moisture Sandwich Milk," a moist high hydration dough coppe bread filled with milk jam, and "Moisture Sandwich Strawberry," filled with strawberry jam. "Moisture Focaccia" consists of two products: "Moisture Focaccia Olive," a moist high hydration dough kneaded with olive oil and containing ingredients, and "Moisture Focaccia Cheese," containing cheese.
The packaging has a "different" design that expresses how the moisture of the dough satisfies both mind and body. The design was developed in conjunction with the naming to better convey the world of the series name "Junrich."
Developer Comments
This product is the first in Fujipan's history to challenge high hydration dough. To achieve the excellent texture and stretchability unique to high hydration dough, we repeatedly verified the formulation and manufacturing method to develop the ideal dough.
However, high hydration dough, with its high water content, presented significant challenges for mass production in factories. To reliably transfer the quality reproduced in the development room to the mass production process, we repeatedly experimented with the factory regarding adjustments to manufacturing conditions and process design. Through this series of efforts, we were able to commercialize this product.
