Fujikyu Highland Area Free Loop Bus Route Revised on April 1st (Wednesday)

Fujikyu Corporation (Headquarters: Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture) will revise the operating routes and schedules of its free loop bus exclusively for users of Fujikyu Group facilities starting April 1st, 2026 (Monday), with the aim of improving access to Fuji-Q Highland and further enhancing customer convenience.

The "Free Loop Bus," available to customers using eligible Fujikyu Group facilities, began operation in 2017 and has supported seamless travel for tourists visiting the Fuji-Q Highland area. This time, the operating routes and schedules will be revised to further improve transportation convenience due to the increase in inbound demand and the expansion of secondary transportation. A major change is the establishment of a new "Fuji-Q Highland" bus stop within the Fuji-Q Highland 1st Parking Lot. This new stop will connect Lake Kawaguchiko Station directly to Fuji-Q Highland via the shortest route, reducing travel time. Additionally, morning services from accommodation facilities such as PICA Fujiyoshida and Fuji Station Hotel to Fuji-Q Highland will be increased. This allows ample time to reach the official hotel guest benefit of "priority park entry," enabling guests to enjoy popular attractions with shorter wait times, which is a significant appeal. This revision will not only directly connect stations and accommodation facilities to Fuji-Q Highland but also contribute to improved connectivity with surrounding related facilities such as hot springs and restaurants.

Furthermore, at Lake Kawaguchiko Station, the boarding area will be relocated to a highly visible location (Platform 7) to create a clear route for first-time visitors, and multilingual signage will be installed at each bus stop to create an environment where inbound customers can use the service with greater peace of mind.

Moving forward, Fujikyu Group will continue to enhance the value of stays in the Mt. Fuji area by leveraging the trust and achievements cultivated as a provider of regional transportation infrastructure and offering various services.
