Fujizakura Kogen Beer is brewed using precious underground water that has filtered through Mt. Fuji for decades, employing brewing techniques cultivated at the "Doemens Academy," one of Germany's few state-certified brewing schools. Most of the ingredients are imported from Germany, and it is a 100% malt beer (with some exceptions). Furthermore, because it is unfiltered, it contains a large amount of live yeast, allowing you to enjoy the original taste and aroma of beer.

It is sold at Fuji Kanko Kaihatsu Co., Ltd.'s leisure facilities, some supermarkets and convenience stores in Yamanashi Prefecture, as well as through various online retailers such as Rakuten Ichiba.

Since October 2025, Fujizakura Kogen Beer has launched "Pils Filtered" and "Weizen Filtered," which are room-temperature-compatible after filtering out yeast using a centrifuge.

While maintaining the quality of Fujizakura Kogen Beer, we have made them room-temperature-compatible by performing filtration to the extent possible.
