Fuji Die Co., Ltd. Participates in the 2026 Spring Conference of the Japan Society for Precision Engineering – Exhibiting Ultra-Precision Molds for Data Centers and Presenting Corporate Awards

Fuji Die Co., Ltd., Japan's top-share manufacturer of cemented carbide wear-resistant tools and molds, participated in the "2026 Spring Conference of the Japan Society for Precision Engineering" held at Saitama University from Tuesday, March 17th to Thursday, March 19th. The company has been participating in the conference every time since 2025, following its receipt of the "Grand Prize" at the "2024 (8th) Japan Society for Precision Engineering Monozukuri Award" organized by the Japan Society for Precision Engineering, and its commemorative lecture at the "2024 Autumn Conference of the Japan Society for Precision Engineering."

◆ Exhibiting Ultra-Precision Machined Products at the Advanced Technology Panel & Equipment Exhibition ◆

At this conference's "Advanced Technology Panel & Equipment Exhibition," we showcased ultra-precision machined products that leverage our expertise in ultra-precision machining technology, which allows for no deviation greater than one ten-thousandth of a millimeter. These included molds for "optical fiber arrays" and "MT ferrules" used in next-generation optical communications such as data centers, as well as other ultra-precision machined products and electroplated grinding wheels developed in-house for ultra-precision machining.

◆ Presenting Corporate Awards to Student Presentations ◆

At this conference, a "Gathering for Students and Companies (Networking Event)" was held as a "place for talent exchange." A corporate award ceremony was held for students who participated in the student research presentations (poster presentations), and our company also presented the "Fuji Die Award."

◆ Lecture at a Luncheon Seminar for Students ◆

Furthermore, a "Luncheon Seminar" was held at this conference, where participating students could attend seminars while having lunch. Our company also participated in the luncheon seminar, where a human resources representative and a member of the Advanced Machining Development Department, responsible for ultra-precision machining, gave a lecture to approximately 70 students, promoting our company's features and technical capabilities.

Based on our core technologies of "powder metallurgy technology" and "ultra-precision machining technology," which are responsible for long-term growth, our company will continue to promote exchanges with educational and research institutions to contribute widely to society through manufacturing.
