About the Award-Winning Products ### Further Efficiency in External Setup Achieved | Smart Storage Smart Storage is a unit that automates the storage, sorting, and supply of feeders that supply electronic components to equipment in the external setup area. Based on the production schedule, it automatically collects the necessary feeders from storage and transports them to the production line via AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot). Furthermore, returned feeders from the production line are automatically sorted based on whether they are scheduled for subsequent use. This reduces the feeder search and replacement tasks traditionally performed by operators, thereby improving the efficiency of external setup operations and reducing workload. The integration with AMRs also promotes automation throughout the SMT floor, contributing to the realization of smart factories for unmanned operations.
