New Commercial Facility 'Fuji Motorsports Forest Terrace' for 'Food, Healing, Stay' Opens Early on June 5th ~Total of 5 Restaurants and Dog Service Stores, Including First-Time Openings in Shizuoka~

Toyota Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Tomohide Yamamura) and Fuji Motorsports Forest Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Oyama Town, Sunto-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture, President: Ryo Sakai) have decided on the name "Fuji Motorsports Forest Terrace" (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility") for the mixed-use commercial facility currently under construction in Oyama Town, Sunto-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture. Five stores will open early on Friday, June 5th.

The Facility is part of the "Fuji Motorsports Forest Project," a redevelopment plan jointly promoted by the two companies in Oyama Town, Sunto-gun, Shizuoka Prefecture, with Toyota Real Estate serving as the developer and operator. "Fuji Motorsports Forest" is a complex facility centered around the international circuit "Fuji Speedway," offering visitors the chance to enjoy motorsports and a variety of mobility experiences. The entire area is continuously evolving into a place of "new experiences" and "discoveries."

The facility as a whole will comprise commercial facilities, hot spring facilities, and a hotel. The five stores opening early are all new types of restaurants and dog service establishments, with three of them marking their first opening in Shizuoka Prefecture. All restaurants feature open spaces with terrace seating that allows for pet companionship. They will provide new dining options for residents of Shizuoka Prefecture and the Kanto region, as well as visitors to Fuji Speedway and the Gotemba area.

Upon its full opening in spring 2027, three new stores, along with the hot spring facilities and hotel, will be added. In conjunction with the full opening of the Shin-Tomei Expressway, anticipated for 2028 and beyond, this expansion will contribute to further revitalization of the area and enhance its appeal for longer stays.

■ What is "Fuji Motorsports Forest Terrace"?

While Fuji Speedway offers "dynamic" experiences, this mixed-use commercial facility provides "static" elements such as emotional fulfillment (food), healing (hot springs), and accommodation (hotel). It welcomes customers with the following three core concepts:

①　Yamano Meisui Soba Fuji no Kaori

Located approximately 10 minutes by car from the "Ashigara Smart IC," which is about 50 minutes from the Tokyo IC via the Tomei Expressway. It is also approximately 20 minutes by car from "Gotemba" Station on the JR Gotemba Line. The site is positioned immediately after exiting the planned (tentative name) Oyama Parking Area Smart Interchange, scheduled to open after the full completion of the Shin-Tomei Expressway in 2028 and beyond.
