(CEO: Osamu Hata) regarding the domestic ERP 'HUE' for large enterprises. Through this collaboration, the companies will combine Fuji Soft's extensive technical expertise with Works Applications' product development capabilities to jointly promote the modernization of core systems for major domestic companies, where demand is rapidly increasing.

SAP 2027 Problem: 2,000 Domestic Companies Facing Replacement Decisions
The 'SAP 2027 Problem' refers to the end of standard support for SAP ERP 6.0 at the end of 2027. An estimated 2,000 companies in Japan are affected, making the decision to modernize core systems an urgent priority. Simultaneously, the ERP market is shifting toward composability, with a demand for systems that allow for quick business changes by combining granular functions. Amidst this trend, the domestic ERP 'HUE,' optimized for Japanese business practices, is gaining significant attention.

Sales in the ERP business for 2025 have grown to approximately 3 billion yen (130% year-on-year). By centering on HUE, the company aims to provide total support for corporate DX and system modernization, targeting 4.5 billion yen in ERP business sales by 2028.
