GeneNet is engaged in joint research with Hokkaido University to search for anti-aging components that can be used in cosmetics and functional foods from industrial waste and plants generated in the food manufacturing process. During a three-month period from December 2025 to February 2026, GeneNet conducted a trial of "KIBIT Amanogawa" utilizing subsidies from Fukuoka Prefecture's Energy-Saving New Product Development Support Project for the realization of a decarbonized society.
As the search results from the trial were highly evaluated, GeneNet decided to officially adopt "KIBIT Amanogawa" to further promote research on the components of interest, aiming to improve the efficiency of literature surveys and strengthen its research foundation.
