As the first step of this initiative, we will begin offering 'Suguraku,' a Microsoft Word add-in with basic features available for free, starting April 7, 2026.

This service allows users to start using it in about 3 minutes from account registration. It provides document operation support tools—which were conventionally difficult to implement due to internal approval processes and cost constraints—in a form that anyone can use immediately.

About the 'Document Operations Open Platform Initiative' Under the mission of 'Reinventing document creation,' FRAIM has historically solved document operation challenges in enterprises, law firms, and government agencies through the provision of tools such as the cloud document workspace 'LAWGUE'.

On the other hand, many document operation support tools are provided as SaaS. In many cases, their implementation requires an average approval period of about one month and continuous costs, presenting a structural challenge of 'being unable to use them immediately even when needed.' As a result, a disparity in operational efficiency has emerged between large corporations and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or sole proprietors.

In this initiative, to eliminate such barriers, we will provide the basic functions necessary for document operations as a 'foundation anyone can use immediately.'
