I am Misuzu Shimaoka, active as a Money Lifestyle Stylist® primarily in Aichi, Gifu, and online, with the motto: "As a stylist of money and lifestyle, I fully support women's lives!"

I conduct activities to convey knowledge about asset management, money, and career planning necessary for living authentically through lectures, seminars, workshops, and individual consultations.

Originally, after graduating from university, I worked at Mitsubishi UFJ Bank for 15 years as an asset management specialist.

Due to marriage, I left Osaka, where I had lived for 30 years, moved to Aichi Prefecture, and gave birth.

My husband was busy, daily life was a one-person operation,

With no relatives or friends to rely on, I worked hard at work and childcare, and as a result...

Hospitalization, surgery... I broke down physically and had to give up my 15-year career.

With my retirement, our household income was halved, and our household budget was in the red every month...

Although I was good at advising wealthy individuals on how to increase their money due to my job,

I faced a situation where I didn't understand household management at all.

After that, I intensively studied on my own, including life plans to visualize future household finances!

I achieved household budget improvements that allowed savings and created a system where not only I but also my money worked for me.

Currently, I have been able to pay off my housing loan.

From these bitter experiences of my own, as a financial planner, I was engaged in activities to convey truly necessary knowledge about money and asset management knowledge to make not only myself but also my money work for me.

Starting from scratch,

"Money Class for Moms, Kids Welcome!" has attracted over 300 pairs of mothers, and money consultations exclusively for women have exceeded 1,000 cases (both as of the end of December 2025).

Recognizing such activities,

I was selected for the "Hitohana" Women Entrepreneur Scale-up Support Program, which started in 2021 as an Aichi Womanomics Promotion Project by the Aichi Prefectural Government's Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry, in fiscal year 2023, and

In 2025, I was also selected as a semi-finalist at the "RED Chubu" business plan presentation of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's Unicorn Creation Support Project "GIRAFFES JAPAN."

My visit to the Mayor of Kasugai City to report on my activities was published in the Chunichi Shimbun and Chubu Keizai Shimbun.

And through my activities, I realized again that

With this in mind, I newly acquired the national career consultant qualification last year.

From spring, activities at the Toyota City "Women's Job Terrace" will also start.
