Miyatake Sanuki Udon, operated by Four Seeds Co., Ltd. (Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Chairperson and CEO: Yuko Asano), in collaboration with the Kagawa-region heritage brand 'Miyatake Sanuki Seimenjo,' will launch three limited-time summer menu items—'Pork Shabu Sesame Dressing,' 'Chilled Sudachi,' and 'Chilled Tan Tan'—starting Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

In anticipation of the intense summer heat, Miyatake Sanuki Udon is introducing these three chilled udon dishes.

At this restaurant renowned for its firm-textured authentic Sanuki udon, guests can enjoy refreshing summer-exclusive dishes.

Pork Shabu Sesame Dressing

Features thinly sliced, tender pork belly paired with a rich, house-made sesame dipping sauce crafted from roasted sesame, katsuobushi (bonito), and iriko (dried baby sardines), delivering a deeply savory flavor.

Chilled Sudachi

A visually refreshing favorite that topped popularity rankings last year, this dish highlights fresh sudachi citrus from Tokushima Prefecture—often called the 'green jewel'—scattered over chilled udon.
