This will be the first store in the Kansai region.

First Store in Kansai: A Specialty Store for Melting Cheese and Fresh Pasta

The 8th store of the "Fresh Pasta Specialty Store Spara"—characterized by its chewy fresh pasta made and aged in-store, packed with umami—will open on the 3rd floor "Food Terrace" of "LaLaport Kadoma / Mitsui Outlet Park Osaka Kadoma," marking its first entry into the Kansai region.

The facility is a large-scale hybrid commercial complex integrating "LaLaport" and an outlet mall. It is drawing attention as an experiential commercial facility where a wide range of generations can enjoy a full day, gathering a diverse array of stores including fashion, miscellaneous goods, gourmet, and entertainment.

Our pastas, made with carefully crafted homemade noodles and cheese, are served on heated clay pot plates, allowing you to enjoy them piping hot. Furthermore, DOP-certified 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano is grated right in front of the customer and sprinkled onto the pasta in the clay pot, allowing you to relish the exquisite melting cheese.

We also offer freshly baked pizzas made with carefully selected natural cheeses. Takeout is available, so you can enjoy them at home.

Additionally, we will sell spring-limited menus: a pasta dish using seasonal spring cabbage titled "Spring Cabbage and Thick Bacon Cream Cheese Sauce," and a pizza called "7 Types of Cheese with Honey," where honey perfectly complements seven types of cheese, including Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
