Forval Real Straight Launches Furnished Office Series “NEST,” Opening First Property “NEST-shibuya” in Shibuya

Forval Real Straight (FRS), a group company of Forval Corporation, announced the launch of “NEST,” a new series of furnished setup offices. As the first project in the series, FRS has opened “NEST-shibuya,” a 32-tsubo property in the Shibuya area. The name “NEST” refers to a bird’s nest and expresses the company’s hope that tenant businesses will use the space as a secure base to nurture growth and eventually make a major leap forward. The series is designed not only for startups seeking to accelerate growth, but also for project teams or satellite offices of large companies that require quality comparable to a headquarters. Its goal is to create spaces that maximize worker well-being and creativity. “NEST-shibuya” comes fully equipped with interiors and furniture, significantly reducing relocation costs and allowing companies to begin operations quickly. Within its compact 32-tsubo layout, the office includes functions demanded by modern workers, such as web booths, nap space, a six-person meeting room, desks suited to various work styles, casual booth seating for quick discussions, height-adjustable desks, and other features. The design uses urban, refined tones that harmonize with Shibuya, while incorporating natural elements inspired by the “nest” concept to create a warm and functional workplace. FRS selected Shibuya as the location for the first property because of its strong advantages in information access, client connectivity, and branding. The property is located at 2-6-11 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, with an area of approximately 32 tsubo (105.78 square meters). Move-in is scheduled to begin in late June 2026. FRS states that its purpose is to provide optimal solutions for ways of working and workplace environments through the creation of workspaces, contributing to the resolution of management challenges.
