FIS Solutions to Hold Information Session in Tottori Prefecture on "Management Diagnostics for Sustained Wage Increases and Productivity Improvement Subsidy"

Under the philosophy of "Creating a new world with 'new commons' FORVAL", FIS Solutions Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Katsuhiro Yamaguchi; hereinafter "FIS Solutions"), a group company of Forval Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Masanori Nakajima; hereinafter "Forval"), a "corporate doctor (next-generation management consultant) group" that supports ESG management through visualization and accompaniment, will hold an information session on Friday, April 24, as part of the support measures for small and medium-sized enterprises in Tottori Prefecture, regarding the "Management Diagnostics Business for Sustained Wage Increases and Productivity Improvement Subsidy." In this information session, in addition to an overview of the subsidy system, we will provide a detailed explanation of the "management diagnostics" that is a requirement for increasing the subsidy rate.

Regarding the Information Session In recent years, against the backdrop of rising prices and labor shortages, the need for wage increases has grown among small and medium-sized enterprises, while "securing funds," "improving profitability," and "visualizing management" have become challenges. In this project, we provide management diagnostics to visualize the actual conditions of companies and improve management capabilities to achieve sustained wage increases and productivity improvements for small businesses utilizing subsidies.
