Background and Overview Amidst the significant impact of AI evolution on corporate management, the roles and responsibilities of CFOs (Chief Financial Officers) and CFO organizations are undergoing a major transformation. This project aims to discuss and organize the advancement of the CFO function in the AI era with CFOs and experts representing various industries, and to implement a model for the future CFO function. To formally launch the project, a "Working Group (Paid Research Group)" will be held five times, inviting CFOs and finance executives to discuss from various perspectives. Working Group ■ Discussion Themes The working group for this project will delve into the following themes: Redefinition of CFO Function: Discussing new areas that CFOs should engage in, regardless of financial or non-financial domains, and pursuing the ideal image of the CFO function. Identification of Advanced Themes: Visualizing the processes of target operations and defining the specific scope for the working group to address. Advancement of Analysis and Decision-Making: Discussing AI utilization strategies for target operations. CFO Data Strategy: Explaining methods for data collection and control to achieve functional advancement.
