"Kuma Alert™" and "Wana Kakatta™" to Begin Limited Pre-Sale in June. Monthly Model Offered Ahead of General Sales.

Forex Robotics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Forex Robotics" / Headquarters: Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture / Representative Director: Kazuyuki Takahashi) announced the following future service policy regarding the Urban Bear Defense System "Kuma Alert™" and the Smart Trap Device "Wana Kakatta™" on March 31, 2026, Japan time.

【Announcement】

• Orders for a limited pre-sale will begin in June. The lineup is limited to 20 units each for "Kuma Alert™" and "Wana Kakatta™" for municipalities and organizations.

• Ahead of general sales (scheduled for Autumn 2026), we will begin offering a monthly model including communication fees.

  • Kuma Alert™: ¥22,000 per month (tax included)

  • Plan with Wana Kakatta™: ¥7,700 per month (tax included)

• The demonstration experiments conducted in FY2025 will conclude at the end of March, but operation and verification will continue until general sales.

• We are considering offering a rental program of approximately two weeks for municipal and corporate users.

【Background】

The number of bear sightings nationwide is increasing, and the monitoring and countermeasure costs for local governments are growing year by year. In response to this situation, the demand for solutions that can be immediately implemented in the field is rising, and we have determined that early deployment in the field is necessary.

In the FY2025 demonstration experiments, the following were primarily verified:

• Testing device durability and battery performance in cold regions

• Comparison of weather resistance and visibility by changing the external shape

• Verification of operating time based on battery performance differences

While some results have been obtained, additional verification is required for cost optimization and long-term operation optimization. Therefore, testing will continue until general sales in Autumn 2026.

Furthermore, due to numerous inquiries regarding AI misjudgments, we plan to release some of the verification data and collect more field data to improve accuracy.
