Additionally, Representative Director Hiroyuki Osawa will transition to the role of CEO and CDO, focusing on product and technology strategy.

**About the New CTO**
**Executive Officer CTO Tetsuri Sonoda**
Obtained a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Tokyo Graduate School. Joined Canon Inc., where he was involved in cutting-edge research and development in spatial recognition and robotics, including haptic feedback technology for virtual objects in AR, intuitive robot teaching systems, and real-time 3D measurement algorithms.
Subsequently, he joined Intel and moved to the United States in 2016. At the RealSense Group, he was responsible for the development of XR headsets, 3D sensing cameras, and applied products, leading the development of Touchless Control Software for contactless operation. Following this, at Qualcomm, he participated in the development of the XR platform "Snapdragon Spaces," promoting various application developments and middleware implementations using Unity and Unreal Engine.
Most recently at Meta, he was involved in next-generation experience prototyping for AI glasses and XR devices, handling the design of AI interaction for spatial understanding and AR-based robot motion simulation, integrating AI with the real world. Feeling great potential in applying spatial intelligence technology cultivated at global tech companies to robotics, he returned to Japan and joined Forcesteed Robotics as Executive Officer CTO in April 2026.
