[April Dream 2026] Turning Dreams into Reality through Music, Live Performances, and Streaming: FOR JAPAN Creates a Future Filled with Hope and Smiles

FOR JAPAN Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Junji Kondo) is an entertainment company that creates new value and excitement centered on music, live performances, and streaming, based on the philosophy of 'Delivering entertainment from Japan to the world.'

■ Experienced a layoff during the pandemic. Wanting to push the backs of young people with an attitude of never giving up.

Representative Kondo has been involved in strategy and promotion for many artists at a major record company for about 25 years. He is currently active as a lecturer at a music vocational school, passing on his experience to the next generation of the music industry.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, his company was hit hard, and he faced the difficult decision to leave the record company where he had worked for many years. Even in the face of uncertainty, he kept moving forward, determined never to give up on his passion for entertainment.

Meanwhile, there were many young people around him who had to give up their dreams despite having talent. Because he experienced difficulties himself, he wants to convey the message, 'Don't give up, let's move forward again.' He wants to seriously support their challenges. And he wants to express his gratitude to the entertainment industry that raised him.

With that strong determination, 'FOR JAPAN Inc.' was born in the spring of 2023. The name FOR JAPAN embodies the desire to 'do it for everyone' and expresses the wish to make everyone involved smile.

■ Discovering next-generation talent and creating world-class creative work

As a first step to turning dreams into reality, we launched the 'GIRLS POP UNIT PROJECT' and formed the next-generation girl group 'ELFy,' which fuses J-POP and EDM.

Talented writers participate in music production, and we are pursuing world-class sound and groove together. Like fairies in Norse mythology, we are working hard every day to become an existence that fascinates people with our performances.

In 2026, we launched the TikTok LIVE partner agency 'REVERB.' Leveraging the training skills cultivated as a music school lecturer and professional knowledge from a record company, we provide total production for creators and artists starting from zero, helping them progress from live streaming to music distribution and debut.

We may be a small music production company in Shibuya for now. But our dream is for the artists who walk with FOR JAPAN to shine on stages in Japan and overseas, creating the courage to move forward, excitement, and smiles.

We create sounds that are accepted overseas while based on J-POP, and we want to excite people all over the world, transcending language barriers. We deliver energy-filled entertainment that makes people think, 'Let's forget the time and have fun just for today.' And under the thought of 'EXTREME LOVE FOR YOU' embedded in the name ELFy, we will deliver the courage to move forward, heart-shaking excitement, and smiles to the world.
