Sushiro Introduces Aomori Raw Salmon Starting at 110 Yen from May 15

Akindo Sushiro Co., Ltd. announced the nationwide launch of "Aomori Raw Salmon" at Sushiro restaurants starting May 15, 2026, with prices beginning at 110 yen (tax included). The salmon, raised in Aomori's natural environment, is delivered without being frozen to ensure maximum freshness and a chewy texture. The lineup includes raw salmon, marinated raw salmon, and seared raw salmon. Additionally, other premium sushi items like bluefin tuna medium fatty tuna (from 120 yen) and red shrimp will also be available for a limited time.
