"Indulgent Kappa Maki with Caviar and Salmon Roe" is a simple kappa maki generously topped with three types of fish roe: popping salmon roe, tobiko, and lumpfish caviar. Enjoy it with crispy, aromatic finely chopped wasabi if you like. "Indulgent Potato Salad with Caviar and Salmon Roe" is a potato salad made with potatoes, boiled eggs, and cucumbers mixed in-store, topped with in-store fried burdock chips for an accent in texture. Both are exquisite dishes where you can enjoy supreme luxury with plenty of three types of fish roe: salmon roe, tobiko, and lumpfish caviar.

Additionally, "Red Shrimp Wrap Like Samgyeopsal" and "Bossam Wrapped Sushi" feature red shrimp seasoned with spicy garlic soy sauce and bossam, respectively, placed on lettuce.
