The popular sushi izakaya "Sushi Sake Sakana Sugidama" will hold the "Temptation of Roe & Meat Sugidama Indulgent Delicacies" campaign from May 14th, allowing customers to enjoy luxurious dishes even after the Golden Week holidays. The campaign features sushi and potato salad generously topped with caviar and salmon roe, as well as samgyeopsal-style shrimp wraps, available for a limited time.

FOOD & LIFE INNOVATIONS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Tetsushi Okumoto) will hold the "Temptation of Roe & Meat Sugidama Indulgent Delicacies" campaign at "Sushi Sake Sakana Sugidama" from Thursday, May 14th, where customers can enjoy fish roe and meat.

With the desire for customers to continue enjoying luxurious meals even after Golden Week, products featuring plenty of fish roe and meat, offering a sense of indulgence, will be introduced.

"Indulgent Kappa Maki with Caviar and Salmon Roe" is a simple kappa maki generously topped with three types of fish roe: popping salmon roe, tobiko, and lumpfish caviar. Enjoy it with crispy, aromatic finely chopped wasabi if you like. "Indulgent Potato Salad with Caviar and Salmon Roe" is a potato salad made with potatoes, boiled eggs, and cucumbers mixed in-store, topped with in-store fried burdock chips for an accent in texture. Both are exquisite dishes where you can enjoy supreme luxury with plenty of three types of fish roe: salmon roe, tobiko, and lumpfish caviar.

Additionally, "Red Shrimp Wrap Like Samgyeopsal" and "Bossam Wrapped Sushi" feature red shrimp seasoned with spicy garlic soy sauce and bossam, respectively, placed on lettuce. They are further spiced up with white onions mixed with umami ichimi, ssamjang, sliced garlic, and green chili peppers. Wrapping them in lettuce allows for a refreshing taste.

Furthermore, "Soft Domestic Pork Kushikatsu" uses tender domestic pork, skewered and fried in-store. You can enjoy the natural taste of the ingredients without sauce, or add the accompanying Worcestershire sauce to your liking.
