Bakery & Restaurant Sawamura, originating in Karuizawa, will begin selling three seasonal summer drinks on Thursday, June 18, 2026: "Pineapple Mint Soda," "Mango Tea Soda," and "Lemon Cream Latte." These limited-edition summer offerings feature homemade syrups carefully crafted by baristas, complemented by the fresh aroma and colors of seasonal fruit.

Pineapple Mint Soda / 777 yen (tax included)
A refreshing soda blend combining two types of homemade syrups (pineapple and mint) crafted by our baristas with fragrant, additive-free French syrup. It offers a well-balanced, cool taste with the juicy sweetness and acidity of pineapple and the refreshing sensation of mint.

Mango Tea Soda / 777 yen (tax included)
This drink combines Rooibos tea infused with rich mango flavor and mango syrup, topped with refreshing soda. Beneath the tropical sweet aroma, you can enjoy the texture of fresh mango pulp.

Lemon Cream Latte / 842 yen (tax included)
A special latte that can be enjoyed like an adult dessert, combining espresso extracted from coffee beans roasted at "Sawamura Roastery" with homemade lemon syrup. The rich body of the espresso pairs perfectly with the refreshing acidity of the lemon.
