◾Motivation and Background

FHG HOTELS (Kasumigaseki Capital Group, Representative Director: Hidekazu Ogata, hereinafter "FHG") has decided to strengthen regional partnerships by having the first-floor dining area jointly opened by local companies FOLK FOLK Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Representative Director: Michiya Higashiyama) and Himitsu Beer LLC (Headquarters: Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Representative: Keita Yabuki).

◾Collaboration between Local Eateries
A joint venture has been decided between "FOLK FOLK," a multi-service facility primarily operating wedding venues in Ise City, and "Himitsu Beer," a microbrewery that brews based on agriculture. These two companies, which regularly cooperate in local activities, will operate at different times. FOLK FOLK Coffee will handle mornings, while Himitsu Beer will be in charge of lunch and dinner. The aim is a collaborative business (co-creation, cooperation, coordination) that leverages the respective strengths of the service industry and manufacturing industry. Driven by a shared curiosity to "make Ise interesting," "revitalize the region," and "create meaningful places," they will work more than ever to promote the region's appeal and development.

◾Solving Regional Issues and Revitalizing Tourism

Both companies have been focusing for several years on the fact that the route from Ujiyamada Station to Isuzugawa Station to Naiku (Miyuki Road) remains underdeveloped as a tourist destination. They are envisioning an area concept that connects various businesses such as transportation, accommodation, and food and beverage. This is branded as the "Miyuki Road Revitalization Project." This hotel is also located in the area around Ujiyamada Station and plays a part in this area concept. As hotel construction progresses in preparation for the upcoming Shikinen Sengu (periodic reconstruction of shrines), the aim of this project is not only to entrust economic development to large companies outside the prefecture but also for local companies to commit, creating synergies both within and outside the prefecture through collaboration.

◾Recruitment of Opening Staff Begins

Opening staff are being recruited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.

【Breakfast Staff (FOLK FOLK)】

□Salary: Hourly wage ¥1200〜1500
□Working hours: 4〜6 hours within 6:00〜12:00
□Start date: Training period from November 2026〜

□Benefits: Commuting allowance (up to ¥10,000)
□Conditions: People in their 20s to 40s | Able to work 3 to 5 days a week
□Probationary period: 3 months (hourly wage ¥1,087 during the 3 months)

【Lunch/Dinner Staff (Himitsu Beer)】

・Hall staff, customer service, service, sales ・Kitchen, cooking, cooking assistant

□Salary: Hourly wage ¥1117〜
□Working hours: 4〜8 hours within 11:00〜24:00
□Start date: Training period from November 2026〜

□Conditions: People in their 20s to 40s | Able to work 3 to 5 days a week
□Probationary period: 3 months
