Gunma Flower Park Plus (2471-7 Kashiwakura-machi, Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture *1) will host its first major spring event since its renewal, "Sakura Week," from Saturday, April 11, 2026, to Sunday, April 26, 2026.
During this event, amidst a landscape featuring Somei Yoshino, double-flowered cherry blossoms, and the rare green "Gyoiko" cherry blossoms, we offer a variety of "experiential cherry blossom viewing" activities that go beyond just looking. These include workshops where you can pick your own flowers to create bouquets and a market featuring popular local Japanese confectionery shops. Furthermore, through collaboration with the nearby "Akagi Nanmen Senbonzakura," we will work together as a region to celebrate spring at the southern foot of Mount Akagi.
