FLAFFY Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Chisa Hirota; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which operates one of Japan's largest pet media businesses with a total of 200,000 followers and organizes one of Japan's largest pet festivals attracting tens of thousands of visitors, and Seibuen Yuenchi (Location: Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture; General Manager: Tomohiro Nishida) have decided to co-host a special 3-day event, "Wanwan Seibuen Yuenchi," from May 15 (Fri) to May 17 (Sun), 2026. This event aims to provide an experience where pet owners and their beloved dogs can naturally coexist, and will allow dogs to enter Seibuen Yuenchi with their owners. In conjunction with this, we are now recruiting companies to exhibit at the marche to be held within Seibuen Yuenchi.

■Event Outline

The venue for this event is "Seibuen Yuenchi," which will be holding its first pet event since its renewal. Guests can enjoy a variety of contents (social studies field trip) that will deepen the bond with their dogs, including accompanying them on attractions normally off-limits, the "Sunset Hill Dog Run" which can be enjoyed by size, the "Splish-Splash Pool" to get a head start on summer, nostalgic photo spots, and a "Mini Marche" featuring carefully selected pet brands. Please come and experience an interactive event at Seibuen Yuenchi where you can deepen your bond with your dog and foster their social skills.

This initiative was realized under FLAFFY's concept of "flattening the relationship between pets and humans." It creates a special opportunity for dogs to enjoy the entire facility with their owners, as dogs are usually restricted from entering Seibuen Yuenchi.

■Event Contents

1. Enjoy attractions with your beloved dog!

Within the park, a total of 5 attractions — Merry-Go-Round, Challenge Train, Leo and Raya's Jungle Dance Party, Fly! Leo the Jungle Hero, and Leo and Raya's Sunset Train — can be enjoyed with your dog.

Under the supervision of a veterinarian, a safe riding environment has been prepared for dogs to enjoy, supporting the creation of special memories for the whole family as they share the scenery from the attractions.

2. Run freely! "Sunset Hill Dog Run"

A special dog run, available only during this event, will appear within the park. Dogs can play off-leash in the grass area, which is gentle on their paws. It's the perfect place to create memories with family and friends.

3. Exciting splashes at "Wanwan Splish-Splash Pool"

A dog-exclusive "Splish-Splash Pool" will appear, a welcome feature for the warmer season. You can watch your active dogs enjoy playing in the shallow water or chasing toys.

4. Mini Marche in Seibuen Yuenchi, supervised by FLAFFY

Under the supervision of FLAFFY, a mini marche featuring carefully selected pet brands will be held. A collection of high-quality food, care products, and dog goods that enrich life with your dog will gather at Seibuen Yuenchi.

5. Photo Spots

Throughout the park, there are many photo spots that will make you want to snap a picture. You can capture special commemorative photos with your dog against a nostalgic backdrop.

■Event Participation Rules

For this event, the safety and health of dogs are our top priority, and the following rules have been established.

【Conditions for Participation】

Limited to dogs that have received a rabies vaccination and a 5-in-1 or higher combined vaccine within the past year (exemption certificates and antibody test certificates are also accepted).

【Manners in the Park】

Please keep dogs on a leash at all times, except in the dog run area.

Diapers are required in some areas.

Please ensure that at least one person accompanies each dog, and never leave them unattended.

【About Attractions/Shows】

Dogs can only ride on designated attractions.

For the safety of dogs, there are specific riding rules for each attraction. Please follow the staff's instructions.

If your dog is prone to motion sickness or is not feeling well on the day, please refrain from riding together.

Some attractions and shows may have loud noises. Please be aware of this in advance.

Please note that guests without dogs will also be visiting on the day. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can have a fun and smiling day.
