Thank you very much to everyone who passionately supports and strongly backs the Kagawa Five Arrows.

The 2026-27 season will be the crucial first year of B.Innovation, challenging in the new league "B.ONE" and aiming for greater heights together with our partners, boosters, local governments, and everyone involved. With Anabuki Arena Kagawa as our main arena, we promise a season that will deliver even more excitement and inspiration to the people of Kagawa Prefecture. Here are the team staff who will be fighting alongside you in the 2026-27 season.

We welcome Sho Higashijima as our Head Coach. His experience, skills, communication ability, execution power, character, and management skills, cultivated over many years as a coach, are exactly what Kagawa needs right now. I am confident that he is the person who will elevate our established defense-oriented basketball to another level and achieve significant growth. We hope you will look forward to the new Kagawa Five Arrows that Sho Higashijima will create.

Koki Yabunouchi will serve as Associate Head Coach. This season, he will take on a different role, bringing back new learning and insights from overseas to the team. After joining the team, he will support the Head Coach's overall direction while also focusing more than ever on individual players to greatly promote their development.

First, Naoki Abo as Assistant Coach. His ability to support the team with a broad, all-around perspective is truly reliable. I am confident that he will create new synergy with Head Coach Higashijima and lead the team while fostering the growth of both players and staff.

And Faisamba as the other Assistant Coach. As a coach and mentor, his constant hard work is indispensable to us. In his second year as Assistant Coach, he will undoubtedly be an even greater support for the players, not only in coaching but also in their professional conduct. We welcome Taisei Sakai as our Video Coordinator. We expect him to leverage the experience and skills he has gained as an intern, grow through further hard work, and achieve great success.

Taiki Takeyama is our Strength & Conditioning Coach. Needless to say, his training and conditioning are praised by all athletes, and with him, players can build their best condition. This season, we will continue to build an even better environment with him.

Sho Nakata is our Head Athletic Trainer. In the one season since he joined us, he has established the structure and culture of our training staff. This season, as Head Athletic Trainer, he will demonstrate further leadership, and together we will create an environment where players can grow and maintain high performance.

Junya Nakamurakari is the Top Team Trainer & Under Team Support Trainer. His hard work and dedication are truly remarkable, and he has the utmost trust of the players. From this season, he will fully utilize his abilities with a focus on the top team.

Yugo Shibata is the Top Team Support Trainer & Under Team Trainer. His passion for player development is immense, and he constantly thinks and acts on how players can grow. He is a vital presence supporting the club across both the top and under teams.

Hinano Kamata is our Manager. Her ability to consistently manage operations accurately and speedily while maintaining extensive communication between the team and the front office is truly reliable. With her presence this season, our management will have absolute peace of mind.

We will fight through the 2026-27 season with the team staff listed above. I am confident that with these team staff members, we can surely build a strong team that continues to grow and can aim for championships. We look forward to your passionate support again this season.
