Five Group (Headquarters: Musashino-shi, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Kenji Sakamoto), a food service enterprise with the vision of 'Creating a world connected by fun,' has been recognized as a 'Stress-Free Company 2026,' indicating an overall 'comprehensive health risk' score of 90 or below for the organization. This marks the company's fourth consecutive win since 2023.

Additionally, its affiliate company, B-Grade Gourmet Institute Holdings, was also recognized simultaneously.

About the 'Stress-Free Company' Award This is a system in which the Stress-Free Company Selection Committee selects and awards companies that have demonstrated outstanding results in collective stress check analyses. These stress checks are conducted annually using the 'Brief Job Stress Questionnaire' established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

Evaluation and Initiatives The areas where stress risks were particularly low include the following three points: - Work motivation - Vitality - Support from superiors

1. Initiatives for Enhancing Work Motivation Giving meaning to work: To ensure the philosophy, 'Creating a world connected by fun,' is deeply understood even by part-time staff, the company prepares orientations and handbooks. As activities embodying this philosophy, various regional contribution activities are also carried out internally. Fostering a culture of recognition: An annual 'Gratitude Project' is held to exchange messages of appreciation. In addition, monthly MVP selections and awards are continuously implemented.

2. Initiatives for Building Vitality 'Smile and Enjoy First' policy: Encouraging the belief that to entertain others, one must enjoy oneself first, this is integrated into the '5ive ways,' the code of conduct for all employees, promoting a relaxed and energetic work environment. Diverse non-work communication opportunities: The company provides budgets for team recreation and organizes cross-organizational events for voluntary participation, aiming to revitalize the entire organization by sharing 'fun' beyond daily tasks.

3. Initiatives for Creating an Environment Supported by Superiors Valuing diagonal connections as well as direct ones: Beyond regular interviews with direct supervisors, the company actively encourages building relationships across stores and departments through opportunities for interviews with 'diagonal' superiors and interactions at various events.
