(Headquarters: Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture; hereinafter 'the Company'), which operates amusement fitness clubs nationwide, attended the '2026 Oricon Customer Satisfaction(R) Awards' ceremony held on Thursday, March 12, 2026. The Oricon Customer Satisfaction(R) survey is a large-scale questionnaire conducted independently by Oricon as a third-party organization, targeting only users who have actually used the services. It aims to quantify satisfaction metrics and contribute to improving service quality across society.
